INNO-SKART provides information and fosters awareness about successful technology and knowledge transfer. It uses the gained spin-off competences to support R&D institutions and provides support to the members of Central Transdanubian Regional IT Cluster towards Information and Knowledge society.
Its goal in the project is to assist human potential in the IT sector as the market competitiveness of the regional SMEs may depend on the availability of qualified IT professionals on the job market.
In view of potential growth rates in IT related industries; the deficit for skilled labour is plausible to increase. Being so, it is essential to outline the labour needs of the IT sector to determine further actions in influencing the formation of the human resources demanded by the market in the nearest future.
Among its project goals is also:
- Increase of innovation and competitiveness among SMEs.
- Acceleration of adoption and diffusion of new technologies within the IT industry in the region, and among the IT industry and other industry sectors
- Involvement of CTRIT members and other regional SMEs in tenders, on both national and European level
- Promotion of education and learning within the sector and facilitation of links to universities to encourage a flow of people capable in IT
