CTRIA is the regional-level agency, member of a nationwide network established by the decision of the government with the involvement of 5 public and semi-public partners of the region (university, chamber, development agency, municipality). It receives an annual national funding of app. 1 million euro to deal with innovation planning, project development, enhancement of innovation services, marketing and network management. Its core focus is to establish and maintain a network of services via a strong cooperation with other service providers, universities and the business sector.

CTRIA has 5 experienced employees who have been involved in a wide range of regional, national and international projects and a network of cooperating institutions and experts who can provide knowledge necessary to implement special tasks. This strong partnership and the portfolio of expertise enables CTRIA to target different sectors and provide high-quality services for SMEs and other institutions.

During the project implementation CTRIA shall focus on the dissemination of the results in its regional network. Capitalisation of the project results is foreseen via the active involvement of the Regional Development Agency. Sustainability of the project results will be ensured by continuous funding of CTRIA activities until 2011 with the prospect of extension until 2013.
