The CEBBIS international seminar aimed at discussing current approaches
and initiatives on technology transfer (TT) from international as well
as regional perspective will take place on January 17, 2011 at Szekesfehervar, Hungary.
The discussions and presentations will focus on:
- different ways of networking and cooperation in TT,
- public-private partnership in TT,
- assessment of technology/capacity needs to adapt and transfer the results in different socio-economic circumstances,
- policies for implementation at different level,
- dominant economic branches of TT,
- linkages between technology needs and capacities,
- visibility of existing activities.
The seminar is free and open to public. All interested bodies are
welcome. Approximately 50 organizations are expected to take part.

On
January 18, CEBBIS partners are welcome to continue their stay and take part in the
study visit. The study visit is aimed at
giving valuable knowledge on technology transfer initiatives and good
practices in CTD Region. The visited sites will give participants a good
overview of different organizational perspectives on TT as well as
different issues in TT.
